Package 1 - Full Management Service

- Annual inventory check.
- Weekly check of the property: ensuring all is secure, flushing toilets, checking lights and generally observing the condition of the interior for problems such as dampness.
- Utility service meters will be read on each visit. Swimming pool and garden maintenance services will be monitored.
- Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs is included, more complex repairs can be dealt with by our handyman, (additional charges apply).
- Property related bill payments as required.
- Post collected.
- Maid services, cleaning and laundry will be arranged as required.
- Regular communication with the owner.
- Choice to include the property on the Holiday Properties Program (check Package Extension).

Package 2 - Standard Management Service

- Monthly check of the property. Should it be necessary to make more frequent visits to resolve problems it will have an extra charge.
- Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs is included, more complex repairs can be dealt with by our handyman, (additional charges apply).
- Maid services, cleaning and laundry will be arranged as required.
- Choice to include the property on the Holiday Properties Program (Check Package Extension)

Package Extension A - Guest Services

- Check the property before the guest arrival.
- Make sure the extra requirements will be in order.
- Arrangements for key collection for the owner guests.
- Collection of the damage deposit.
- Mobile phone line active 24h.
- Check the guests once per week during their stay.
- Solve any problem as soon as possible.
- Checking & reporting of damage by owners guests, return  the damage deposit
only after cleaning.
- Requirement of package 1 or 2.


Package Extension B – Holiday Property Promotion & Guest Services

- All services of “Extension A“ included.
- Photo capture at professional level.
- The property will be add to all our portals.
- Placing the property with all our partners.
- Possibility of placing in international magazine through a partnership with Interhome,international business partner which we represent in Albufeira.
- We received the email's and phone calls from customers.
- 24h On line booking's.  
- Requirement of package 1 or 2.
