Caretaker/Maintenance: Where Interhome work with us UPMED - Holiday villas & Apartments, our competent staff can take care of your holiday home for you. This assistance is available even during periods when your house or apartment is empty and includes periods when your property is not being rented. We can therefore act on your behalf whenthere is a problem and you are not able to deal with it. In these resorts, we also provide reception and assistance for clients. This includes arranging the final cleaning, providing bed linen, local taxes, repairs and breakdowns where necessary. You can, of course, look after the property yourself or appoint someone else to do this. In this case, it is im portant that this person is fully aware of his/her responsibilities and duties.
